Party Conditions: 

Indoor Party Conditions:

• Unless requested at the time of booking the princess will not be wearing a mask.

• If a guest is not feeling well we ask that they not attend. If the birthday child or immediate family is unwell please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. 

Outdoor:​

• Parties can be held outdoors unless there is inclement weather (Rain, snow, extreme winds, Temperature over 27 degrees or under 15 degrees). Outdoor parties must be held in a covered, dry area. 

Events/parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you would like to book a princess for your event, please fully complete and submit the form on our booking page.The Party Princess Ottawa will verify the requested date and time and will send you payment information via email.  Once the required payment has been received, your booking will be confirmed. 

Party  Packages and Special Events:  To verify availability for the date and time of your event, complete and submit the booking form to The Party Princess Ottawa. Should availability be confirmed, you will be asked to pay a $50 non-refundable booking Fee* to hold your reservation. The Party Princess Ottawa will send you a payment reminder days before your event. For remaining balances payments are accepted online via credit card or debit card in advance of the event. Parties must be paid in full by the Friday before the event. 

* Booking Fees are non-refundable unless cancellation of the event is made in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

Please Note: Parties booked within a week of the party date will be required to pay in full at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation the booking fee of $50 will still be retained unless cancellation of the event is made in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

The Party Princess Ottawa is committed to all booked events.  However, should The Party Princess Ottawa be required to cancel your event/party due to unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to: emergencies, severe inclement weather (Environment Canada weather warnings), accident, severe illness, or death) you will receive a full refund of any payments made (including the $50 Booking Fee).  If applicable, a notice of cancellation will be provided as far in advance as possible. 

Otherwise the deposit will be available to be used toward rescheduling, a gift certificate or an event with The Party Princess Ottawa.

The Party Princess Ottawa reserves the right to reschedule a party in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In this case, The Party Princess Ottawa will give you the option of a full refund or rescheduling for a different date and/or time. 

The Party Princess Ottawa will endeavour to accommodate any rescheduling requests you may have.  Any rescheduling requests should be provided with as much advance notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is at the discretion of The Party Princess Ottawa.  If a request to reschedule cannot be accommodated, you may request a cancellation of your booking and will be subject to the cancellation terms above.  

The Party Princess Ottawa is based in Ottawa South (Hunt Club area).  Distance charges will not be incurred for travel if your event/party is within 40 km. However, for events/parties requiring the princess to travel further than 40 km, a distance charge of $2 per km will be added.   
​At the time of booking, The Party Princess Ottawa will confirm whether additional distance charges apply. 
*Please note: Parties of less than 1 hour will not be available for long distance travel.*

Note:  The Party Princess Ottawa may consider events/parties outside the NCR.  Please send your request and full information to thepartyprincessottawa@gmail.com.

The Party Princess Ottawa does NOT assume any responsibility for the supervision of guests and their conduct.

The Party Princess Ottawa does NOT assume any responsibility for injuries that may occur due to negligence or unruly behaviour during a princess' visit.

Behaviour deemed inappropriate or aggressive will NOT be tolerated and The Party Princess Ottawa reserves the right to leave the event/party should the behaviour not be addressed by the host.  

The client is responsible for ensuring that children are fully supervised at all times and that appropriate behaviour is maintained by all in attendance during your princess' visit.  

The Party Princess Ottawa is NOT responsible for allergic or adverse reactions to any costumes, cosmetics, or products used during the event/party.  
It is the clients' responsibility to notify The Party Princess Ottawa, at the time of booking, of any allergy restrictions and/or concerns related to the Princess' visit.
It is the clients' responsibility to obtain the permission of parents or guardians for each guest before face paint and/or cosmetics/tattoos can be applied. 
The Party Princess Ottawa will not apply face paint or cosmetics/tattoos to any guest under the age of 2 years old. 
The Party Princess Ottawa follows a strict code of practice related to hygiene. Clean, disposable applicators are used per person and all face paint and cosmetics can be removed with soap and water.

Photos may be taken at any time during a party or event.  However, each package includes a photo opportunity to pose individually and in groups with the princess.  

Images taken by, or provided to,The Party Princess Ottawa from any event/party may be maintained and/or used for the sole purpose of promoting the company and its' services, either electronically or in print. The Party Princess Ottawa does not publish or use photos/images without expressed consent from the parent or guardian and names are not disclosed.   

The Party Princess Ottawa welcomes your personal photo(s) of the party/event at thepartyprincessottawa@gmail.com.  Please remember to provide, in your email, a written statement of consent to use your photo(s) and/or image(s) on The Party Princess Ottawa official website, Facebook, Instagram or in print publications.     

The Party Princess Ottawa strives to treat your home and guests with the utmost respect and care and does not assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. ​

The Party Princess Ottawa is an independent, registered company. The Party Princess Ottawa does not wish to infringe or violate any copyright laws.  All characters are based on folklore, fairytales and/or other stories and any resemblance to copyrighted characters is purely incidental. The Party Princess Ottawa does not claim to be and is not associated with any other companies or name brand/licenced characters. 
At the time of booking, all clients will be asked to acknowledge that they have read and accept that The Party Princess Ottawa characters do not represent licensed characters, names or stories. ​
